Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

This is a free URL shortening service. By creating a short link or using one, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to create links that point to, or are used for:

• Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation of any person or organization, or any other deceptive practice
• Malware, spyware, unwanted software, or drive-by downloads
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or referral/traffic fraud schemes
• Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that infringes intellectual property rights
• Circumventing security filters — including nesting other URL shorteners or redirectors

2. Enforcement

Every destination URL is screened at creation time and re-scanned periodically (including via Google Safe Browsing). We may remove any link, block any destination domain, and ban any user — at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Confirmed abuse may be reported to hosting providers, registrars, and relevant authorities together with recorded metadata.

3. Link Lifetime

All short links expire automatically — 7 days by default, 30 days at most. Expired or removed links return 404. This service is not suitable for permanent or archival use.

4. Abuse Reporting

Anyone can report an abusive link by visiting https://s.plz.ac/report/<shortId> (replace <shortId> with the part after the domain in the short link). Reported links are reviewed and removed if they violate these terms.

5. Privacy

When a link is created, we store the creator's IP address and a timestamp alongside the link for abuse prevention. This data is deleted when the link expires. Visitors who follow a short link are not tracked by this service beyond Cloudflare's standard infrastructure logs. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

6. Disclaimer

Short links redirect to third-party content that we do not control or endorse. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
